Plus, she doesn't have to go far to do anything. "Almost every amenity is right here, so I never have to get into my car," said Black.
"The best thing about living and working downtown is the small town vibe. You grab lunch at your favorite spot, you see the same people every day. You know the people walking down the street - it’s its own little community.”
